But they didn't give the option.. and I can't find it in any bank transfers under Balance or under Subscriptions - it is highly suspect! They've charged me in 2023, 24 and now just noticing it unfortunately. But I can't tell what it's for!!! I'm on with an agent now and they hung up on me when they started to look at it. VERY SUSPECT INDEED!!
Further on this.. they can't find where I'm being charged either. And the $348 I can't find anywhere in my account. I have been on with 2 chat Support agents who both exited the chat when they couldn't find the charge. They asked me if I had a loan with them...!
Thank you for those details, @thefly. I am sorry for any confusion on this.
I had our Account Services team take a look and they said the $348 charge is for your Square site hosting plan. If you would like, I can list the sites here, or I can even send you over a direct message that has all the site names.
You are welcome to view and manage your plan from here, if you would like, as well.
I hope this helps clear this up for you! Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
Hi @thefly, thank you for reaching out!
I can definitely look into this for you. Just to make sure I have all the information correctly, you are being charged $348 a year for Square Online services? Was there an amount you were paying previously?
Please let me know and I will take another look.
I received a message from Square support, asking me to dispute a charge with my checking account, which is near impossible when a business such as Square makes regular deposits and withdrawals to your account. This is fraudulent as they admit to not being able to find the charge but it is clearly there.
"Thank you for reaching out to us.
After a thorough review on our end, we were unable to locate any charge or active subscription associated with your account. As a result, we currently have no record of the transaction in question.
In situations like this, we recommend disputing the charge directly through your bank or card provider, as this is typically the most effective and timely method for resolution.
If disputing the charge is not an option for any reason, we understand if you need to consider switching providers, and we respect your decision."
Attaching the square fee that came out of my bank account.
