Unable to Order Pre order items

Our pre orders were working fine, but now in checkout Square indicates there's an issue and the pick up is in 15 mins (as opposed to 11/26).  I tried placing an order myself and got stuck at checkout unable to change the date and then I wasn't able to get to the payment center.  I submitted a note to Square, but this is a very time sensitive issue as we are in crunch time for Thanksgiving orders!

If your issue is time-sensitive, your best option is to contact our Support Team directly at 1-855-700-6000, Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time. They’ll be able to assist you right away or escalate the issue during the call.

In the meantime, I’d recommend reviewing the steps in our online guide for setting up items for preordering to ensure everything is configured correctly. In particular, double-check that:

a) Automatic pickup/delivery time assignment is enabled

b) Fulfillment hours have been customized with a specific pickup or delivery window (if these aren’t configured, your standard store pickup and delivery hours will apply instead)

If the issue persists after reviewing these settings, could you share a link to your website along with an example of the item(s) affected?

Generally, when a preorder item is added to the cart, the pickup or delivery date will default to the preorder date, even if another item available sooner is added at the same time.
