UNABLE TO ACCESS ONLINE STORE

 

Hello Everyone!

 

I am unable to access my online store.  Every time I try to access, it will first have me start out as if it was the first time I was creating the store. Then it will say that I already have account and to sign in. I sign in and it says incorrect password or something like they're "working on syncing the new features with the people who already have accounts and go log in elsewhere to get access to my website. Then, when I do that, nothing happens. Then, the I try to contact this people for help and it's useless. I sent like 5 messages and not one bothered to response. So frustrating!

@Handmadelizzie Sorry to hear this. Our intention is for you to easily access your website. So far, what troubleshooting steps have you taken? Can I please get your URL?

I have done everything possible to get access following the directions given, but nothing has worked.

Thank you for the website address @Handmadelizzie. Can you please try logging in using the beginning of this email: lizziepo33@. If you can't remember the password, I would suggest resetting it here. I'm not finding any errors on my end. I would also try opening your site editor on an incognito browser.

I am having the same problem!

I cannot get into my store which is so frustrating because I just published and have online orders!

How was this resolved? I cannot get intouch with anyone. 

It also wont let me reset my password, which I know is correct.

I'm having the exact same problem and haven't received a response.

 

1. The email / login details are definitely the same across square and weebly

2. I've tried resetting my password numerous times now

3. When I try to login directly from weebly (https://www.weebly.com/app/front-door/signin#/), I get redirected to the square/weebly integration login page (https://squareup.com/login?app=weebly&return_to=https://www.weebly.com/app/front-door/login/square), then when I click login, I get re-directed back to the original weebly login page (https://www.weebly.com/app/front-door/signin#/)  instead of being logged in and taken to the dashboard

4. When I try and access weebly from square, I'm having the exact same issue as the original poster

5. I've tried multiple devices, incognito mode, etc. 

6. I've tried re-creating my weebly account, it says the email address is already taken when I try to register.

Can someone please provide a solution as it seems to be happening to a few people after the latest square online updates! I didn't make any changes and was able to login as per normal when I created the website a few weeks ago.

Ug! I'm having this very same problem. I've read through the postings above and see that the last one was almost two years ago. I have not, as the others have, gone through the effort of trying to solve the problem be trying to recreate the store. But, perhaps that is the fix I need to attempt. But, before I do all that, can you tell me if that is the way to fix this or should I just call like everyone else and have someone flip a switch at headquarters?
