Troubleshooting Missing Payment Links

@anyone created a customer payment link and the next day that very same active payment link has disappeared from your dashboard? - not even customer support can find it!

I took a look at your recent case and can see that our Support Team is still actively assisting you—they’ve requested some additional information to help move things forward. I recommend continuing the conversation directly with them, since they’re already assisting you.

That said, here are a few notes about using Payment Links that might be helpful:

If you create a Payment Link directly from the checkout in your app by selecting ‘Payment Link’ as the payment type, this will generate a one-time link for that specific transaction and customer (based on the custom details entered). It won’t be saved or visible on your Payment Links page.

To ensure everything works smoothly, it’s best to follow the steps outlined in our Payment Links guide.

For now, I’d suggest replying to the latest email from our Support Team for the next steps, they’ll be able to assist you further from there. Feel free to loop back to this thread to share any updates or troubleshooting steps they provide!
