Trouble with square.site link

Hello,
I'm having trouble with the link to my store's site. When I type in www.storypillarstore.square.site, I get a security message and am unable to proceed (see screenshot below). It sometimes works if I type in the full address: https://storypillarstore.square.site/ but not always. How can I get this link up and running?
Thanks,
Meg

Hi StorypillarMeg,

I tried your links (thank you as most folks don't post them) and you're correct - I see the same results.  The error means there's a common name mismatch - error occurs when the common name or San of your SSL/TLS Certificate does not match the domain or address bar in the browser. This can happen simply by visiting https://example.com instead of https://www.example.com  - if the certificate does not have them both listed in the SAN of the certificate.  However, from at least what I can see, your Certificate appears to look OK.   Please note, that the Community is not the same as Tech Support but, we can sometimes take a guess, else you need to contact Tech Support direct.  One thought is to "republish" your website - I would also suggest that before you do that, delete your web browser's history, temp files, cache, etc., then close the browser, reopen it and login to your Square Account Dashboard, from there, republish your site.  If nothing changes and the issue persists - contacting Square's Tech Support is your next option.  Again, just a guess from a non-techie, but at least worth a try.

Hello!

I really appreciate your reply. I tried what you suggested and still had similar results...sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't and it was kind of hard to see a pattern as to why or why not. I sent an email to tech support and will do a bit more fiddling in the meantime.

Thanks!

-Meg
