Trouble with site editor

I am having a really weird issue with the site editor that seems to be happening only on my laptop and my iPad i.e. (my devices) only. I do not see any images on any site editor page unless I hit the edit button.  When I click done and return to the page to view the change there is again no image. When I view the website on another tab, the site has been updated. I have cleared all cookies, cache, history and nothing makes any difference.

When I log into the site editor on a different computer everything is there just as it has always been.

I am going crazy with this!! does anyone have any suggestions???

Hey @Fenn 

Welcome to the Square community.  So a good thing is it isn't actually your site, it definitely seems like it is still some cache or something left over since it doesn't happen from a different computer.  

 

When you cleared the Cache etc, did you close out the browser and open a new one?  Have you tried going in on incognito browser on your normal laptop to see if its still not showing properly as well?

I'm having the same problem.  Ever since there was an outage with the square site itself, I'm having issues that I've never had before.  I can't edit events in the site editor- it takes me to a login page and then tells me my password is wrong.  It's frustrating and has definitely affected my business negatively.
