Probably contacting Tech Support is your best option - they have access to user accounts and can look at your settings from their end. There can be multiple reasons for issues like this - anything from the web browser on your end to something on the server side. The volunteer Community Members here cannot look at the details that Support has access to. Sometimes when strange issues pop-up, it's a good idea to check this site - I looked and didn't find any current production systems listed. You may want to bookmark that site for future reference.
