Hi, I'm newish so hopefully this isn't too obvious.. but my clients order food and drinks online and schedule for a future delivery. My issue is that the computer is assigning the tip to the person logged in when the order came in and not when the order should be fulfilled. So the person actually fulfilling the order a few days later is not being credited. Is there a solution for this?

This is currently considered a Feature Request. I will pass it over to the product team in charge for their visibility and consideration when working on future updates.

There are no workarounds at this time @crazyrooster as the system is design to attribute the sale to whomever is logged in at the time of completing the transaction on the Point of Sale.
So I have to tell my employee they are screwed out of their tips ? That’s unacceptable there has to be a manual override option
One thing I could suggest is having your employees use the Team Passcode instead of their own so that the sale is not attributed to an employee. Once this happens you are able to attribute the Sale via Square Dashboard on the Transactions page.
