It does not have this message on the first time add item to cart.
However, after refresh the page, it gives the error This item is not available for shipping
I have to remove and add again

Thanks for providing that video - it does look odd, given that the option for shipping is clearly included in the item listing.
Have you happened to have tried replicating the issue on multiple web browsers? It doesn't seem to be a browser based issue, but is worth trying. If this doesn't help, please get in touch with support on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time) or email via this form. They'll be able to take a better look into your account setup and also file a bug report if need be!
