Could you please send over a link to your site, and/or a screenshot, so that I can take a look? In the meantime too, here is a helpful Square video that shows how to edit the banner on your Square Online store.
As well as some written directions on how to access that section:
- Sign in to your Square account and go to your Dashboard.
- Click Online in the left-side quick access menu, then click Website and Edit Site.
- In the editor, click directly on the main banner section or a corresponding link in the left panel to open its settings.
- Use the editing panel to make changes:
- Edit text: Click the text to edit headlines, taglines, or buttons.
- Change background: Click the image or background to replace it. You can upload a new image, choose from existing ones, or even add a video.
- Adjust layout: Modify the banner's layout, colors, and size.
- Add more slides: If you want a banner slideshow, click "+Add slide" under the Content section.
- Here is where you can double-check if there is anything causing the gift card option to be visible twice.
