What is wrong with the QR code and pickup times? All of our customers keep seeing 5-10 minute pickup times when we have 60 pizzas in the queue. Fix this!
It leads to bad reviews from disappointed customers.
From your dashboard go to Online -> Fulfillment -> Pickup & Delivery, then choose Edit location. How do you have the following pickup fulfillment settings set>
Based upon your answers, I think we can help you come to a solution using the tools you have already. Square really gives you lots of options and variables to control this, including giving you the ability to change order pickup times on an order-by-order basis from your POS, especially when things are really crazy and you just need to manually take control of the situation. Sometimes, though, all of this flexibility can be hard to digest. I think we can solve most of your issues soon enough.

All of this is already set up. The problem is, it doesn't work. Even when we have 30 orders on the line, it's still telling customers their food will be ready in 10 minutes.
