Syncronizing Square Online and Facebook/Instagram

Hi there,

I recently had a several items that didn't conform to Facebook/Instagram Commerce Policies. Not a big deal but I don't want to sync items like that in the future.

Is it possible to mark certain items to NOT sync with Facebook and Instagram?

Heya @rmstudio,

I did a little digging/testing on this one and it appears there's not a way to sync only certain items and not the whole item library.

Once they have synced, you can delete them but there's not a way to select for certain ones NOT to sync at this time.
