Sync not working

Items were syncing from square to Weebly fine yesterday, tonight it’s not working.  Anyone else having issues?

We experienced a disruption we posted about on issquareup.com on the 14th of September, however, there haven't been other reports of syncing issues since. Are you still having trouble syncing your items now?

This seems to happen all the time for periods. But the past two days has been horrible. Today, a support person on the phone said the engineers told him I should WAIT 24 HOURS for sync from Square to Square Online to work. If that's true, then I'm heading to Shopify.

it does happen sporadically for us too.

sometimes it works great

sometimes it drags and drags

there also seems to be an issue with descriptions disappearing in Square Online if the info isn't in square

As @DinaLRosenberg, Square Online Store can sometimes experience slight syncing delays but we did notice a spike in delays today. I've received confirmation from our Online Store team that this issue is now resolved. However, if you are still experiencing significant syncing delays, please connect with our Support Team by logging into your Square account and heading here so they can take a closer look.

On the phone with support because items created 25 hours ago are still not appearing in Square Online. Also, a dozen or so items created this morning also are not synced over.

I am sorry you are having some issues with items syncing, I know this can be disappointing. One thing that can cause this to happen is if you do have duplicates, more insight here.  But if the items still have not shown on Square Online let's go ahead and contact support they can certainly investigate this further and figure out why.
