What you’re describing has been identified as a bug and is being investigated by our engineering team.

This is not acceptable In Case #: 67680764 I was waiting on square engineering for an update.
HI, this is a seller to seller community board with no one here to assist. In experience here a bug with the engineering team just means Square is aware of the problem. You can search the Discussion boards to see many "bugs" from 2018 still affecting sellers. Your bug may be item number 2000 on their list of bugs, who knows.
You included correspondence to/from Square but no information what your site is experiencing. Can you please include a screenshot or link? Maybe another seller would have a workaround.
