I have been using square for my website and am finding that I can no longer post pictures of my products online. Is anyone else struggling with this?
I have a Mac. Am using Safari (has been no trouble for the past 8 years) and the pictures I am trying to update are .png and .jpeg and have been posted before (So size of file is not an issue).
I keep getting the standard "we are having difficulty uploading some of your files"

For the best experience with our website builder, our eCom team recommends using Google Chrome, but all the following are browser versions we currently support:
Chrome 107+ (macOS, Windows)
Chrome 90+ (Android)
Edge 106+ (macOS, Windows)
Firefox 106+ (macOS, Windows)
Safari 16.0+ (iOS, macOS)
Browsers are updated regularly and missing an update can cause issues like this one. I would recommend making sure your browser is up-to-date.
Cache issues can also disrupt the functioning of your browser. A good way to check if you need to clear your cache is to attempt the action you're unable to complete using an incognito window. If you can upload photos successfully using an incognito window, clear your cache and try again from a regular window.
