Stock levels in my dashboard aren't syncing to square online

Hey

 

So I've uploaded inventory to my dashboard and it's visible.  When I look at the inventory online not all styles have the stock level available.

 

It is missing on the items i have amended i.e. added photos and product descriptions etc.  The lines where I've not yet added the extra info are showing a value against inventory and subsequently an add to basket button.

 

Please help, I'm going live in 5 days!!! EEK.

Hi @PCSusan, sorry to hear you are running into this issue! 

 

I just want to make sure I fully understand what's happening: you've amended items and added stocks to them from your Square Dashboard, but it is not coming up when you are checking your website, is that correct?

 

Inventory should sync automatically between Square and your online site. Sometimes it can take a few minutes for this to be updated.

 

If it has been more than 24 hours and the inventory is still not updating, would you mind sharing a few screenshot showing the inventory in Square and not in your online site's library for me? That way I'll be able to investigate this further.
