Square

Why does our square retail app (running on iPad for the last 2 years) shut down after every square terminal payment? The payment goes through but when I press new sale square shuts down. We have done a full reboot and our iPad software is up to date.   am not at a loss on what to do?

I'm sorry to hear that trouble with your Square Terminal has brought you here. Have you had a chance to check if your Square Terminal software is up to date as well? I'd also recommend giving our support team a call so we can run some diagnostics on the device itself, and send a ledger to us if necessary.
