Square hardware terminal

Having trouble with my hardware tap.  Power to it is fine. But cannot connect to my phone app.  Uninstalled and reinstalled 3times and still no connection.

So we're clear, you're using the Square POS app on your phone and want to push transactions to the Square Terminal for payment??
