Received this email from Square/Quickbooks:

We noticed that 1 or more of your Square transactions contains tax information, but your company doesn't have the sales tax setting turned on. Unfortunately, this means your Square transactions are failing to import.

My Sales Tax settings are turned on in Quickbooks. I tried to re-connect Square and Quickbooks again and still asks me to turn on Sales Tax, when I click the link within the syncing process and error page pops up.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to assist with this one because Quickbooks is a third party with us so all we can advise on is how to connect it.
Can you show me the error you're receiving and I can see if I'm able to help? If not- you'll need to reach out to Quickbooks directly.

Thanks for the reply. By the looks of it, it has been sorted out (my bank account needed to be verified first, so wasn't a sales tax setup issue).
