I recently upgraded my Square website from the free version to the paid version. Since then, I have been unable to access the rich text editor features for my site items. I have un-synced the descriptions a bunch of times, but there must a glitch because it keeps re-syncing despite turning the feature off.
I called the service number on December 31st and spoke to one of the people there. She could see the issue from her end but could not fix it. She transferred the issue to an advanced service team. To date, I have not heard back from anyone. I also emailed a week ago and have had no response from anyone to help with this issue. It's super frustrating to be paying for this when I can't use those features. Does anyone know how this can be fixed? I've done all the regular stuff like deleting cookies, and logging out and back in. I've tried using both Chrome and Safari browsers, but no luck yet.
