Square Online Preview Thumbnail Not Showing Up On Facebook Post

I've added an image to my homepage and also added an image to the seo page under social, but when I share my url on a social media post (particularly facebook) it still doesn't produce a preview image. What is the deal?

Assuming you re-published your site after adding the images, do they show up when viewing from you computer?  If you are not seeing your changes from your Computer, you may want to contact Tech Support for assistance.  Please understand that the Community is not the same as Tech Support so some of our questions and/or advice come from our own experiences.
