Square Loyalty will not start Free Trial

Every time I go and click finish on the Square Loyalty button to start my free trial. It gives me an error saying we are sorry and to try again later. I have tried different devices, browsers, sign in and out, everything... If I look in my browsers console it does show an error code of 409 Conflict and something about resource not found, assuming that's what is stopping my from starting my Loyalty trial. Was hoping to use it in person this weekend but not the case it seems. Any help or suggestions on what I should do?

Hello @3DPrintingDuo 👋

Welcome to our Seller Community.

I tested this using my own account and was able to start a trial. I also haven't seen any reports of this same issue.

I would recommend double-checking the details you have entered for your Loyalty program. If you continue to have problems, you can reach out to our direct support team

Thank you.

Hi, I've got in touch with the Square Support Team and they transferred me to the Loyalty department, they had accessed my dashboard and could confirm the same issue despite trying to fix it themselves and it has now been escalated to a Engineering Team with a case number. I look forward to hearing from them, will post here if they find a resolution to help any fellow Sellers.

Looks like it was a system/database issue on there end they corrected it and now was successfully able to sign up with the trial. Just had to get it escalated to get looked at I guess. So if anyone else has this issue, contact the support line and have them transfer you to Marketing & Loyalty and if they ask to access your square dash to replicate the issue and are able to then you’ll most likely get escalated and have it resolved by the engineering team. I assume this whole thing was probably a minor bug on my account. But all is good now!
