Square Handheld - Event tickets barcode scanning

Is there a way that we can integrate an external e-ticketing system, such as Eventbrite, with our Square handheld so that we can scan and check all entry tickets at the gate?

At this time, Square Handheld (and other Square devices) don't natively support direct integration with external e-ticketing platforms like Eventbrite for scanning and checking tickets.

In most cases, Square Sellers use Square to accept payments for their event and rely on a separate device or app — such as the Eventbrite Organizer app — to scan tickets at the door.

Square also offers some integrations to help manage ticketed events, such as Brushfire Ticketing, SimpleTix and ThunderTix.
