My Square Dashboard hasn't been working for at least the last 5 days. The menu bars on the left and at the top are not there and I can't navigate to anything. This is ridiculous!
@odysseyart You might have to do that and also check chrome for updates and maybe close it out...chrome is bad about memory management sometime.
@odysseyart Need a little more info to help you: Are you talking about on your computer? Using Windows or iOS? Are you using Chrome?
Have you tried loading the dashboard in an incognito browser? Have you tried edge or firefox?
Thanks. I'm using Chrome on my desktop. The navigation menus were visible in the incognito window. I had tried clearing my cache before and it didn't work. Do I have to clear my cookies too?

Clearing the cookies seemed to do the trick. Thank you. I was hoping to avoid that because it's such a pain to re-sign in to everything with 2-step verification
