What a joke. Square can't get their human customer service right let alone AI. I asked both about my current legacy plan "Square Restaurant Plus" and Square Online Premium and to clarify differences versus the new plans such as Square Plus, pricing for Online, etc. She straight told me I already am on the new plan but square faq straight up lists Square Restaurant Plus as legacy plan. AI chat was confused keep saying my plan is Square Plus for Restaurants... Anyway, just a rant.
For example, with new Square Plus, do i still pay separet fee for Square Online website or is it included? The information on pricing and what's included is super confusing. Also got a message "You cannot switch to this plan yet We're sorry, but you are not eligible to switch to this new plan yet. We'll notify you when that changes." when tryin to switch to Square Plus
Ah, yeah, I think I could see how this happen. It' is probably related to the newer "modes" functionality @Caubetiep .
I'm guessing the AI doesn't have enough data yet to build a new response, as that functionality altered Square's pricing model some, and customer support is probably lost in that as well, as they are probably using the same information the AI is getting.
I guess just wait and see, as recent changes at Square have probably deepened this situation.
