Some photos of my newly released products were misplaced? Hacked or system error??

I just found that the FIRST photo of each of my newly listed products were mixed, such as photo of product A been replaced with product B, and it only happened to the FIRST photo, which is the head shot!

Is weebly acting funny again? or my website was hacked?

I have corrected all of the listings now.

My website is jadesoapshop.com, it was almost all of the products in the new & featured items got photo misplaced. Please advice.

I want to rule out a hack on your account. Did you notice any other odds transactions or changes to your account? If so, go ahead and reset the password on your account. 

Also, I am going to check with some of Weebly specialists to see the best option for this error you're seeing.

I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.
