I have just added a couple of items to my online store yesterday and wanted to change the fulfillment criteria but when I press save, nothing happens! I have restarted computer, cleared cache, tried again the day after and nothing has changed. It's obviously allowing some changes as I've been able to add the items, but I'm at a loss. What should I try from here?

In terms of the item settings themselves, have you created physical items to sell online? Additionally, what is your current fulfilment method, and what are you attempting to change this to?

Thanks for your reply. To answer your question... I have physical items that I sell through my website. In the past I have only offered delivery (fresh items). I have just added some dried items available by shipping AND local delivery. My delivery days have changed from what they were previously so I'm trying to update this on the website and it's just not saving. The steps I have taken are as follows:
1. Online homepage. Fulfillment > pickup and delivery
2. Edit
3. (delivery) changed: Delivery region, estimated time, delivery fee, fulfillment hours and pressed save... nothing happens.
If I leave the page and go back the settings are all back to the default.

This is happening to me too. Just can’t save any fulfilment details. Press the save button and nothing happens

Current fulfilment method is pickup - and that’s working fine, am able to put all the changes in for delivery and when ya hit save - literally nothing happens. Doesn’t save.

Just to ensure I'm on the same page with you here, have you followed the below steps when setting this up?
1. In your Square Online Overview page, go to Fulfilment > Pickup & Delivery.
2. Add your location if you haven’t already, or select Set up location or Edit by the location in question.
3. Toggle the delivery feature on and choose My own couriers.
4. Select Continue to proceed and/or Save when finished.
When you select Save, what happens next, are you taken back to the Pickup & delivery page? Or are you stuck on a loading screen?
Is there another device you can test this on to ensure it isn't device-related? I've just tested this on my Square Online site and cannot replicated this issue when enabling delivery for a physical item.
I don’t get an option to use my own couriers. Can’t see it anywhere. I’ve tried my PC, chrome, Firefox, my iPhone, iPad and all are the same - it’s like I’m missing a button
