The shipping on my site has stopped working and all of the settings are correct, what should I do to fix it?

When someone chooses an item and goes to checkout, the shipping for the item(s) is not showing up.

Could you please provide our URL and an example order number? Additionally, are customers experiencing this issue with all items or specific items? I would also like to know if multiple customers are facing this problem or if it's specific to certain addresses.
