Shipping must be a priority!

With all of the new changes SQ has now made the default shipping label for Priority boxes the parcel post rate! Guess what? Those don't ship and the USPS thinks you are trying to rip them off when the label states the cheaper method on a priority package! Shippo has it default when you choose this box to the correct rate. And so I thought Shippo was tied in but SQ must have rewritten the connection. So what should have taken me an hour took two days because of this issue. I asked for the parcel post label return and now on the SQ side, cannot make a new label. Had to login to Shippo to get it to purchase and print the correct label. Paying a monthly fee to be completely hassled and lose money!! Thanks SQ. Maybe a test before updating could improve the negative ratings.

Hello @ForgottenCustmr I hate to hear you are having such issues with our shipping labels! As far as I know, there hasn't been any disruption with the Shippo integration. I would reach out to our Square Online Team to get more insight into any changes, they can assist and escalate any feedback as well.
