Need some help here,
Somehow a customer has been able to select shipping for an item that has it turned off. As you can see. This is the setting for the item they are able to lock in for shipping. They cannot select delivery.

You should be able to manage the fulfillment options for each item by clicking on the item then going to "Fulfillment" and selecting the applicable options - though it sounds like you've already set this up as required?
