So we are having an issue where a customer will pay for shipping at one price and then when we go to print the label off, a different price will be shown as what we pay, shown in the picture below. Sometimes the amount is large, as is below, or sometimes its off by a few cents, sometimes it's the same. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it?
