Setting up Square - The system thinks I live in the USA.

I created an account with Square and the system thinks I live in the USA, I cannot change it to Canada. I am unable to verify that I am a real person because my address won't accept my Canadian address nor will accept the bank information. 

I am wondering how I can change my county to Canada from USA?
