Self-serve Order don't print

I'm using a Square register and I set up square online and self-serve ordering by following the instructions, add items, add catergories, generate QR code etc,

I'm pretty sure that I did everything right, but when I scan the QR code to place order in the shop, it just won't print and won't send order to the POS, I can only see the order on my email, please help me to solve with this print issue.

Thanks for getting in touch! I noticed it's your first post, welcome to the Seller Community 🙂

 

Have you setup your printer station to print online orders yet? You can do this on the Square Register with Square for Restaurants by heading to Utilities > Settings > Printers. Tap "Create printer station" > scroll down to "Use this printer for" and toggle Online order tickets On.

Yes, I did that already, but it still not printing and never show the order in the POS, somehow my square online is not connected with my square pos I reckon.

It sounds like you might have multiple locations on your Square account. Try signing out of your Square Register, and sign back in with your other location. Next, place a test order via your QR code or Square Online store, and let me know if the order comes through.

Hi, I have two locations on my account, one is for Square register and another is for portable pos, I already delected the potable pos location. but it still not printing. Please let me know how I can fix it.

Hey @Jerry9996,

 

I suspect that your Square Online site is connected to your "Portable Pos" location, thus not pushing the orders through to your "Square Register" location. Unfortunately, I'm not able to look into how your account, and Square Online is set up through the community forum. Please reach out to our support team on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time), who'll be able to take a closer look!
