This is regarding online stores. One customer informed that they were unable to save credit card info to proceed to check out. So I tried this myself on FireFox and Edge browser. Neither is able to get pass saving credit cards pinewheel spinning forever.
I'm losing sales over this! Please make corrective actions. I'm sending my customers to PayPal while this is unresolved, "cash flying away from Square", if that is what makes those business type managers understand tech.
Hello @liudr ! This is interesting! My site isn't seeing any delays at all when it comes to purchases.
Have you made any modifications to items recently? Added any items perhaps? I have seen some really random issues pop up when item fulfillments don't match what the site is expecting. Things like setting an item for shipping even if you don't offer it. I wouldn't be surprised if that's causing the spinner.
I'm also assuming that one of the two browsers wasn't your usual browser, so your site should have thought of your visit as a new customer. Just to be on the safe side, try running a transaction in incognito mode so there isn't any issue with cookies and cached data.

The spinner appeared when I was on the checkout screen, after entering my credit card info and trying to save my card info. I tried today and had to refresh that page in order to get my card info saved (prerequisite to checkout). I think something transient was probably causing it. Anyway, my store is:
