Hello there, I wonder if any of you is having the same problem as us. We have our own website and we have set up Square as payment processor. We also take orders over the telephone and use Square virtual terminal for processing the payment. We have noticed that Santander cards are always declined on both payment methods (via the website where the user enter their own card details and via the telephone where we enter the customer's card details). Has any of you had this problem and managed to sort it out? Thanks!

I had a look internally and I haven't seen any similar reports of issues with Santander cards.
We would need to get the transaction details and take a look at the decline reasons to have some insight here.
I'd suggest giving our support team a call directly so that they can gather those details and take a look into this.
