SSL not on site

Hello all.

Moved my domain over to SquareUp and its propogated on DNS and is working but the SSL is not working and thus my browsers are having a fit.

How does Squareup manage SSL and certificates? This is a priority!

Hi, @Hadieda !

I can see the SSL is working and the connection is secure on my end. Are you still seeing an error message?

Just for those finding this thread later through search - the SSL takes some time to populate, it's kinda a 24hr thing (but can happen a lot sooner).

When you move or change a domain it goes though the process automatically and all Square sites will have SSL enabled automatically.

Hi Sam

Is this 24 hour kinda thing on top of the 48hours thing to connect the domain? I am having a nightmare!

I am having issues with https://www.cumberlandchoralsociety.org/ I have had it connected for about 2 months and i would at random times get the SSL Error. I know enough i can edit the url to take out the S in https, but my customers may not. Now i seem to get the site to load, but i still get the "Not Secured" message in the Chrome/Edge address bar. Trying to replicate the error in incognito mode, i just get that www.cumberlandchoralsociety.org doesn’t support a secure connection with HTTPS and i can continue to site. I saw on another thread to unpublish/publish which i did, but not fixed. How to I fix this?
