Hi
I can't seem to find where errors or issues are logged but my store is no longer letting customers choose the shipping type they require - its free shipping. Its been the same for 2 years and all of a sudden it only lets you choose the default - is this a bug due to the new shipping profile.

Have you tried getting in touch with our support team? They will be able to help fix the issue, or identify if there is a bug at play and file a report! You can call our support team on 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.
You could also check your Shipping settings via the Square Online overview by going to Fulfilment > Shipping to make sure everything is still there and turned on as it should be.
