I have customers in rural Yukon who are trying to place orders for delivery, however square is not recognizing their address and there is no manual entry option. thoughts?
Hello, @roboticsnorth - Welcome to the Seller Community! Is your customer not able to move forward with the transaction even if the system doesn’t recognize the address? This error is usually just telling us that we couldn’t find the location on a "map" but it should allow the customer to place the order like normal if they click next. What error message are they seeing on their end, if any?

I tried it as well for them. and we are not getting their address (or other rural Yukon addresses) showing up in the autofill bar. There is also no "next" just a black bar that says "update address" but it wont allow us to add that address. These addresses to appear on google maps, just not in street view. We tried many addresses in "Faro, Yukon Territory" as well as Dawson city Yukon and none would work.
I updated my delivery radius to MUCH wider than it needs to be to include these addresses - i dont think this is the issue however, as I can enter my parents address who live in rural ontario (way outside my radius)
How weird! @roboticsnorth - We recommend giving our Support Team a call so they can take a closer look with you and possibly file a Support Ticket for our engineers. In the meantime, the customer may need to provide an alternative address.
