Rental agreement

My business involves renting equipment, which customers can request and pay for through my Weebly/Square site.  Is there a way to have a rental agreement pop up as part of the check-out process?  Or even a textbox with a spot for customers to click "agree?"

Nothing like that will auto-populate at the moment, but you do have the option to use Square Contracts. Once someone purchases through your Online site, you can take their email address and send them the contract you've built out. There's also more info here.
