Hi, we’ve got everything set up for online ordering and our kitchen printer does print the online orders it receives. However, it only prints if the square stand POS we’re using is active and connected to the reader. The issue we’re having is if it is a slow day for us and the Square stand POS hasn’t been used in awhile, it won’t print any online orders we’ve received.
I’ve put the iPad on never for auto-lock. I’ve put the settings for the printer to print only online orders and made the appropriate changes to the online settings, as to when it should print etc. So, my last (hopefully) problem is that I can’t seem to keep the square stand pos on low power or sleep mode, even though it’s actually on. Any help appreciated. Thanks!
