When customers order a physical item from my Square Website, the receipt that is emailed to them shows my phone number at the bottom. I am a remote seller and don't want that information out there. I already went to my Business Settings -> Receipts and removed my phone number from the business location. But it still shows up in the customer's emailed receipt. How can I remove this?
Hello @taylorpierceart thanks for your post. You could check the auto setups for emails that go out once an order is placed. Check out this area in your dashboard:
Online > Communications > Email and Text Alerts. Scroll down to Email Previews, and click on the three dots beside the Order Confirmation emails. Then double check and see if your phone number appears there.
