Remove book "with any available" for one employee only?

We have an employee that is on leave but is wanting to still come in periodically to service his regular customers. Is there a way to open him up for appointments without having him be bookable under the book "with anyone available" option?

I'm not sure if this is possible, but I'm going to tag some other Sellers that are much more experienced with the Appointments service. Hopefully someone will have some information that will help you out!

Question one: can his regulars be prebooked?

Question two: are you wanting him to be available for walk-ins or just his regulars? 

There is a 'bookable online' toggle that you could turn off for him, but that would then not allow for his regulars to schedule at their convenience. I'm not aware of a "pick and choose" option for people that can be a part of the "anyone available" option. I'd love to hear if anyone has any other insight, otherwise I think this would be a great feature request!
