Remove Required Phone Number at Checkout

Square Online requires customers to enter their phone numbers at checkout. How do I remove this requirement? All I need is their address and email. I have looked through all my settings under "Communications," and cannot see that I have anything set to require the phone number. Where else would I change this?

Unfortunately, the information collected about the customer for online orders at checkout cannot be edited. The phone number field cannot be disabled.
