I used to be able to modify the section between the header and the transaction/purchase information up until March of this year. This is where I have a link to our waiver for events.
We recently updated our waiver so I went in to edit it, and now there's no option for it. I contacted support and they told me "it's not possible to edit or remove at this time". Unfortunately, Square removed the ability to edit that receipt section earlier this year. For now, your best workaround is to update your footer text with the new waiver link and reinforce it with booking confirmations or QR codes.
I wish I had more to say or add but unfortunately there isn't much that can be done with the receipts at this time.

I ended up deleting all the items we had in our shop prior to the update and re-creating them. This seems to have resolved the issue, so the new waiver no longer shows up on receipts.
