I'm trying to rearrange the items in one of the categories. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be updating on the website. It used to work fine before migration to Online POS. They removed it from Square Online and the only way to do it is through POS.
Any idea what I do wrong?

So, here is the workflow to do it:
First, you go to Item Library/Categories
Then click on the Category which items you want to sort.
Under Items click Rearrange. Drag the items to the place where you want them to be. Save.
Unfortunately, changes don't take effect on the website, they are only visible on the backend.
Obviously, it's a bug, but the technical service is terrible and has zero knowledge, they just wasted a few hours of my time.
How do I send this issue to escalated technical support, bypassing "regular" customer service?

Yeah, well, like I said: it doesn't work anymore. I'm looking for a way to fix it.
