Real-time shipping has not been working on our website since at least last week. Everyone is being shown our default rate. Is anyone else having a real-time shipping outage?
This has been solved by contacting Square directly. There was some error on their end.

Hi, I cannot get my real-time rates to auto populate. They only show the fallback rate. I have box sizes set up and I also have the appropriate weights in the items, as well as the professional plan and an account with UPS. Is there anything I'm missing?
