Real Time Shipping calculates USPS rate fairly well but it gives only free shipping option to UPS and FedEx and of course our customers pick that and we are loosing money on online sales because that makes us eat the shipping ourselves !!! Please Help so that Real Time shipping shows correctly for all 3 accounts

When I tested this on my end, I didn’t see a free shipping option appear. Is this still happening on your end?
I’d also like to get more insight into your weight-based rate. It looks like you have two rules priced at the exact same amount, which may be causing some issues. Additionally, using a weight-based rate alongside Real-Time Shipping might not be necessary. If you’d like to keep the weight-based rate, I’d recommend deleting the second rule ('40 lbs to No max') and adjusting the first rule to '0.01 lbs to No max' instead. Having two identical rules isn't needed unless they have different pricing.

We are having the same issue now for about 3 months. Have been back and forth with Square and they still are not fixing the issue. The last email from this morning is that they want us to sign up with Shippo. When we talked to UPS about this (Square said that it was on their end) UPS told us that Square made a change back in August that caused accounts not to link to UPS thus causing shipping to go to our fallback rate. I am truly disappointed in Square/Weebly that they can't, or won't get this fixed. I wonder how many other businesses out there are having the same issue but haven't caught it.

Is the issue that UPS isn’t calculating shipping correctly on your site, or are you unable to connect to UPS at all? Also, is there a specific reason you don’t want to use Shippo? I keep an eye out for your reply!
