Re-sending marketing emails

I have set up an email (not an automation as I am manually adding as I go) and sent it to a group - all good. Some weren't sent as I had incorrectly (manually) entered the email address. How do I re-send to those few now that I have corrected their email address? I will also be adding to this particular group so will need to use this email over & over to send to new customers as I enter them. I'm obviously not seeing something obvious!

You should be able to click back into the past email campaign then send to a custom list - you'd need to manually enter the new email addresses for the customers you missed or new customers, rather than bulk send it to a group:

Hi Seamus - I thought it would be that simple too but no! When I go back into the email (under Marketing) it shows me all the stats but no where is there the "add recipients" button or something like that. Just the stats. I have called the support line (I'm in Australia) and the answer was to click the link (top right corner) and send that link from my email (not coming from Square) where the customer has to click the link to open the Square email. It's a workaround and clumsy! I thought I could go into the specific customer and re-send from there - no can do either. Am I still missing something?????

@NHL-05,

 

I just had a play around with it and it looks like you'll want to make a copy of the email - each time you send an email out it's counted as a "complete" email campaign.

 

To make a copy simply click the "Copy" button on the right here for the email in question:

 

Then confirm:

 

 

Then you'll be able to send to a new audience 👍
