I successfully connected Printful to Square, but all of the items popped up on our tablet in our physical store and that is not what I wanted. I had to delete all of the items so our staff would not get confused. I want the Printful items to be on our Square website only. Is that possible? Do I need to add each item individually? Or do I need to disconnect the app and re-connect? Please help! Thanks!

This isn't necessarily a Printful connection issue per se. From what I can tell, there isn't a way right now to have items available only online and not visible on your in person devices.
I can think of two ways around this:
-Put all the Printful items in a specific category and explain to your team that those items are not available in store. The items will still be listed, but hopefully your team follows your instructions.
-You can set up a secondary location on your dashboard and have all your printful items available only in that location. The new location can deposit funds into the same account(s) as your current location, so it won't really affect anything else. This is the way I'd recommend going. The only challenge with this option is if you currently use your Square Online site for regular orders. It would make sense from a customer standpoint to keep all your online things in one place, so if an order is generated that needs to be fulfilled in store you'll have to have another device alerting you to any online orders: Square devices can only have one location active at a time.
