I think we should be able to remove this by disabling the option for No-contact delivery. You can do this from Settings > Fulfilment > Edit deliver settings on your Square Online dashboard.

Thank you for your suggestion. The "No-contact delivery" was already turned off. This did not fix the problem. I have two store locations, one is for local delivery only and the other is set-up for shipping. The setting is off in both.
